The interior is simple, with an L-shaped counter and a single table. It may not be flashy, but it is clean and provides a calm atmosphere to enjoy your ramen. This ramen shop is loved by locals and ramen enthusiasts.
The recommended dish is the “Shoyu chashu ramen”. The first thing that catches your eye is the mountain of chashu! Fresh pork is simmered over high heat to remove excess fat and odors, resulting in tender, flavorful chashu. The chashu is sliced only after the order is placed, ensuring it is moist and delicious.
